Terms of business.

These short-form terms apply to engagements with Digital MFG. They are superseded by a signed Engagement Letter for any paid work, which is shared after an initial call.

What you're buying

Independent advice and hands-on delivery in relation to manufacturing technology, PLM and MES systems including Siemens Teamcenter and Opcenter, and shop-floor systems. We configure and implement these systems on your behalf, and integrate to your existing ERP where needed. We do not resell software licences, so our advice carries no vendor commission.

Scope and pricing

Engagement scope and pricing are confirmed in writing after a free 30-minute intro call. Fees are quoted individually based on your requirements. No booking deposit is required; advisory time bought through this website is paid in full at the point of purchase.

Cancellation

Fixed-scope engagements may be cancelled at any time; you pay only for time and disbursements incurred up to the cancellation date. Advisory arrangements may be ended by either party at any time, in writing.

Confidentiality

Information you share is treated as confidential. We do not name clients without written permission. Anonymised lessons may be used in talks, writing and marketing.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is capped at fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
