Who collects your data

Digital MFG ("we", "us") is a sole-trader consultancy operated by Shoaib Rizvi, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We are the controller for personal data you submit through this website.

What we collect

• Enquiry data — name, work email, company, role, team size, free-text message and chosen call slot — submitted through the booking and contact forms.
• Operational data — IP address, user agent, and request path, captured in our hosting provider's logs for security and abuse prevention. Logs are kept for 14 days.
• We do not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange the call you've asked for (legitimate interest / contractual necessity).
• To send a single confirmation email after submission (legitimate interest).
• To meet our legal record-keeping obligations.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from your last contact, after which it is deleted. If we work together, engagement records are retained for 7 years to satisfy UK tax and accounting law.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted in the EU (currently with Neon, Frankfurt region). Transactional email is delivered via Resend (EU-region). Hosting is provided by our cloud infrastructure provider.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data. Email hello@digital-mfg.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. You may also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
