Do you publish prices?

No. Each engagement is scoped after a free 30-minute intro. We agree scope and price in writing before any deposit is due. This keeps things flexible for your specific situation.

How do engagements start?

After a free 30-minute call, I send a short scope and price. If it fits, you pay the refundable deposit (credited to your engagement) and we schedule. If not, I will tell you outright or suggest something that does.

Are you tied to Siemens or a specific vendor?

No. I am vendor-neutral. My expertise includes Siemens Opcenter because that is what I have seen on plant floors, but I choose tools based on fit, not allegiance. Proprietary tools, open-source tools—whatever survives contact with the line.

Do you work with SMEs outside Manchester/London?

Yes. Most clients are UK-based SMEs. I work on-site where the work happens. If you are outside Manchester or London, we will discuss travel. Many engagements start with a quick call and move to the floor.

What kind of clients do you work with?

UK SME manufacturers running discrete production. I work under NDA with several firms, so I cannot name names. What I can say: operators, supervisors, and the systems they swear at. I show up on the floor, not in a boardroom.

What is the deposit and is it refundable?

The deposit is £250. It is refundable and credited to your engagement once we agree scope. It secures the slot and covers the free 30-minute intro that precedes any commitment.
